Randy has a passion for helping people.

After serving in the US Coast Guard, Randy received his contractor's license in 1992 and was a home remodeler in Napa and Sonoma Counties. He owned several Kitchen & Bath centers in Sonoma County.  

Licensed Realtor and Broker since 2003, Randy has owned offices with approx 90 agents, ran large teams, brokered and closed well over 1000 transactions, and trained hundreds of agents in sales and production.  

He has a deep history of community involvement including V.President of Builders Exchange, Chair of Economic Development Commission in Windsor, President of Exchange Club, Redding Air Shows, and countless charitable organizations.  

Serving clients with offices in California and Oregon representing Sonoma, Napa ,Shasta, Linn and Benton Counties.
